Jana has over 15 years experience in the full-service restaurant business. Not finding something that fits gluten-free needs and is quick-service, she decided to branch off and came up with the concept behind The Hungry Spork. She strives to get ingredients as fresh as possible and believes that local relationships are what promote a business. Driven by a passion to create delicious food that is also good for you, she has turned a hobby into a way of life.
Gary has worked in the HVAC industry for over 20 years and has also dabbled in hospitality while in his teens. His vision and dedication are the driving force behind the truck's design and operation. He loves bringing people together over a great meal, and enjoys brainstorming through new menu creations.
